UPGRADE TO A NEW ENERGY EFFIECIENT PUMP!

We recently installed a Pentair Sta-Rite IntelliPro Variable Speed Pump at our home. Our electric bill has decreased dramatically since this installation. Our pump runs at 750 rpm’s all day with the capability to run at several different rpm speeds for various other applications. One setting allows our cleaner to function; one allows the fountain jets to function with three remaining functions for other applications all at the touch of a button. If we do not return it to the slower filter setting it automatically does it after five hours. This pump is “set it and forget it”. The slower filter setting of 750 rpm allows more water to be filtered so that small particles are removed more efficiently. Our water has never been cleaner! We also upgraded our Pentair 75 sq. ft. Clean and Clear filter to a 90 sq. ft Easy Clean D.E. filter which provides more cleaning capacity and will remove particles as small as 3 microns. This upgrade is available to most Clean and Clear Filters made by Pentair. So, less energy usage, better filtering capabilities and “set and forget”, what could be better! Customers currently using a Hayward pump can also get the benefits of a variable speed pump with the new Eco-Star pump by Hayward. This is also an energy efficient “set and forget” model.
